T1  - Aufbau eines geförderten Kompetenznetzwerkes zwischen technologieorientierten KMU und der Hochschule Mittweida als Initiator
N2  - Diese Diplomarbeit untersucht, auf welche Art und Weise der Aufbau eines Kompetenz bzw. Innovationsnetzwerkes gestaltet werden könnte. Diese spezielle Ausprägung von Netzwerken mit Fokus auf Innovation, Kooperation sowie Forschung und Entwicklung (FuE) verspricht u. a. eine Stärkung der beteiligten Akteure aus Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft sowie der Region. Als Besonderheit soll die Hochschule Mittweida das Netzwerk zwischen technologieorientierten KMU initiieren und managen. Daher wurden zunächst institutionelle, personelle und organisatorische Aspekte erarbeitet, welche f¨¹r eine Umsetzung relevant sind und Handlungsansätze abgeleitet. Ein Schwerpunkt ist die Finanzierung des Netzwerkes einschließlich der Einbindung öffentlicher Fördermittel, welche f¨¹r die Hochschule als Netzwerkmanagementeinrichtung einen Erfolgsfaktor f¨¹r die Initiierung des Netzwerkes darstellt. Das Ergebnis der Arbeit ist das auf diesen Kenntnissen erarbeitete, praxisnahe Fallbeispiel. F¨¹r dieses wurden Fördermöglichkeiten gepr¨¹ft und an Hand eines ausgewählten Förderprogramms exemplarisch umgesetzt.
N2  - The thesis "Development of a subsidy competence network between technologyorientated small and medium©\sized companies and the Hochschule Mittweida ¨C University of Applied Sciences ¨C as initiator" analyses in which way the development of a competence network or innovation network could be realised. This special form of network with the focus on innovation, cooperation and R&D (research and development) promises the strengthening of all the involved parties of science and business as well as the region. As a particularity the Hochschule Mittweida should initiate and manage the network between the technology oriented small and medium©\sized companies. First of all the institutional, personnel and organisational aspects, which are relevant for the implementation, were acquired and guidance was deducted. One main emphasis is the financing of the network including the public subsidiary, which represents a success for the initiation of the network for the University of Applied Sciences as a network management institution. The result of the work is a real time case study based on the acquired knowledge. For this case study the funding opportunities have been checked and exemplarily implemented by means of a chosen funding programme.
