N2  - In dieser Arbeit legt der Verfasser ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Verarbeitung nativer Transparenzen in der Druckvorstufe, unter Verwendung der Adobe PDF Print Engine (APPE). Nach Erstellung einer Testform, prüfte der Verfasser die RIP-Verarbeitung der APPE und verglich diese mit einer Testversion des Harlequin Multi-RIP, der Firma Global Graphics. Darüber hinaus wurde die Testform für beide RIPs sowie PDF/X-3 und PDF/X-4 überprüft. Abschließend wurde eine Analyse aller Ergebnisse, in Bezug auf einen praxisorientierten Worklflow in der Druckvorstufe, beider RIPs durchgeführt.
N2  - In this work the author gives a particular insight in a prepress workflow with native transparencies using the Adobe PDF Print Engine (APPE). With using a self made test form, the author checks all pros and cons of the RIP processing with APPE. Than compared the APPE with a equal working RIP, using a trial version of the Harlequin MultiRIP from Global Graphics. In addition the test form is checked for both RIPs and PDF types (PDF/X-3, PDF/X-4). Finally there is a analyze of all results in reference of a normal prepress workflow, with all advantages from both RIPs.
